Stephanie is a Colorado native and acquired her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.  Her degree had a concentration in Real Estate & Finance and she has been involved in the real estate industry ever since.  She started her career working as a sales associate for new home builders where she became affluent in different sales techniques and strategies as well as construction practices and building techniques. However, her largest focus was on relationship selling and the greatest skill she developed was the ability to relate to people and build relationships with them.

After working for the builders she obtained her Real Estate License, so she could help buyer/sellers with their real estate purchases in Central Denver. Clients appreciate her positive outlook, honesty and genuine interest in their needs and wants.  She is also an active real estate investor.  As a real estate investor her main focus is on acquiring homes in need of major rehab/repair and renovating them.  Her knowledge of not only real estate sales but also construction has given her a unique advantage in this area.

Stephanie is currently working for TRI Pointe Homes (a homebuilder in Colorado) as their New Home Specialist, where she pairs homebuyers with their ideal community and home, while implementing TRI Pointe’s on-line sales and marketing initiatives.

Stephanie is an avid skier but also enjoys the beautiful Colorado summers.  Her two hobbies are food and traveling.  She enjoys cooking as well as trying new foods and restaurants.   When she travels she likes to visit places with climates and cultures different from Colorado.  Her favorite places so far are Ireland and Italy, but would like to travel to South America.

I am energetic, yet grounded, with a desire to find passion and enjoyment in life.  I have a strong natural ability to adapt to different situations and individuals, which allows me to be very versatile.  Others see me as approachable and genuine and I enjoy opportunities where I am able to make a difference.

First of all, my customers like that I not only provide professional service but that we also have a lot of fun while working together.  I’m dedicated to making sure my clients have an enjoyable experience when working with me to buy/sell real estate.  Secondly, my customers appreciate that I am upfront and honest with them. In my years selling real estate I have acquired a great deal of knowledge but I will be the first to admit that I don’t know everything.  When a customer brings up a question that I cannot answer off hand they are confident in my ability to research and investigate there questions so that I can provide them with the most complete and accurate information possible.
